Dove Electronic Components, Inc. abides by the objectives of SAE standard AS5553 (Fraudulent/Counterfeit electronic parts; avoid, detection, mitigation, and disposition) which is documented through the processes of our ISO9001:2008 Quality System.
Our goal is to mitigate the receiving and installing of counterfeit electronic components across the supply chain in the electronic component industry.
All of our product is purchased directly from OCM’s or authorized distributors. C of C’s are provided for all of the parts that we purchase and all product can be traced back to the OCM.
All product returned to Dove Electronic Components, Inc. is verified against the original shipment date/lot code, quantity and part number. A visual inspection of all returned parts is performed to ensure that the parts are returned in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer and that the packaging and product itself is undamaged. Where it is found that original packaging has been tampered with additional inspection will be performed prior to returning this inventory back to our inventory.
