We are a “managed” representative firm. The Company is divisionalized into 4 territories. Territory managers, with P&L responsibility, provide our Principals with a single-point-of-contact, by territory, for opportunity development and sales growth activity. Our Distribution Manager provides the single-point-of-contact for Distribution activity throughout our entire geographical coverage.
Our salespeople are Performance Compensated. They are technical, experienced and experts in synergistic selling. Our average salesperson tenure is 14+ years. We manage all disciplines of Customer activity, starting with engineering on design concepts, qualification and approvals, commercial negotiations, logistics and quality.
We utilize a CRM system by Empowering Systems to provide our Company, and our Principals, with detailed account profiling, opportunity tracking, sales tracking and forecasting.
We back our salespeople with adequate inside sales personnel, allowing the salespeople to focus on opportunity development. Our inside salespeople provide industry leading customer service. They help administrate our internal CRM system, and help administrate several CRM systems for the companies we represent.
